All traffolyte engraved labels are manufactured to you the customers requirements. We can supply your labels in varying sizes, shapes and designs. Just let us know your specifications

Traffolyte, sometimes spelled Traffolite, is a generic name for multi-layered phenolic plastic sheets suitable for engraving.

Each layer was a different colour so engraved letters or shapes would be a different colour from the unengraved portions. Thus it could be used for name tags, labels and signs.

Traditionally its use has been in the oil & gas industry due to its resistance to high temperatures but the material lends itself to smaller engraved labels, valve tags and signage including name plates, directional signs, mimic plates, control panels and legend plates.

Simply tell us your label size, engraving text, whether you require holes, where you wish the holes to be placed and any other information our engravers will need. Self-Adhesive backing can also be applied.

You can also send through your dxf files if you work with Autocad so you can control the design process.
